Fluralaner

 

Fluralaner mainly acts by interfering with GABA gated chloride channel, which is similar to the target of cyclopentadiene, phenylpyrazole and macrolides. Fluralaner is a broad-spectrum insecticide with good insecticidal activity against ticks, fleas, lice, hemiptera and diptera, and its virulence is higher than or equal to that of commonly used insecticides. Fluralaner not only had no significant cross-resistance with existing insecticides, but also had good insecticidal activity against some resistant pests. A series of studies have shown that Fluralaner has the characteristics of quick response, long half-life, long duration and low metabolic rate.
